WHY NOT, PARTY CIGARETTE:

supplies: cigarette, lighter

effect: youre cigarette shoots out sparks

how to: take off the safety case on your lighter(metal thingy around the front where fire comes from) over a peice of paper turn the flint slowly, not quick enough to get it to spark, iits okay if it does every once in awhile, but try to avoid it, then after youve done this for a bit, take something with a straitt edge and make a line of the flint, it shouldnt be that big, about the thickness of a couple pins, like, 3, make sure its the length of the cigarette, then lick the side of your cigarette, just once, it should be maybe a centimeter of wet paper, then put the wet part ontop of the line of flint, make sure its all on the cigarette, let it dry, shouldnt take more than 15-30 seconds, smoke and enjoy, and dont worry, the sparks are harmless
